Zaynix Health

The patient record built for UK preventive and longevity clinics.

Stop spending thirty unbilled minutes per new patient reconstructing their history from scattered lab PDFs. Zaynix turns that reconstruction into a five-minute review of an already-structured longitudinal record.

The thirty-minute problem

Your new patient arrives carrying ten years of scattered lab results — NHS GP printouts, Medichecks and Thriva PDFs, Randox panels, hospital outpatient letters, hormone reports, sleep studies, private cardiology echocardiograms.

Your clinician spends thirty to sixty unbilled minutes reconstructing that history before they can clinically reason about it. Most of that time is administrative. None of it scales as your practice grows.

What Zaynix does

Ingestion

Upload any lab PDF, image, scan, or clinical letter. Patient-uploaded or clinic-uploaded. Native parsing for Medichecks, Thriva, Randox, Nuffield, BUPA, Cleveland Heart Lab UK, and any NHS DAP PDF. New formats added on request, usually within a week.

Structuring

AI-assisted extraction with human-in-the-loop correction. Terminology normalised against LOINC, SNOMED CT UK, and NHS DM+D. Units handled explicitly. Reference ranges stored alongside each value. Every extracted number links back to the page region it came from — you can always verify the source.

Clinic workflow

Longitudinal trends across years and lab vendors. Anomaly flags. Intake forms. Clinical notes. A deferred-items workflow for low-confidence extractions that need clinician confirmation before they hit the trusted record.

Built for these practices

Functional and integrative medicine. Preventive and longevity-focused cardiology. Hormone and menopause clinics. Executive health. Other UK private practices whose work depends on reading complex biomarker patterns over time.

Specifically not built for NHS primary care, secondary-care chains under traditional procurement, or general consumer wellness apps.

What Zaynix is not

We say this deliberately, because these answers save your team time in the first meeting.

Not a medical device.

Zaynix does not diagnose, prescribe, or recommend treatment. Clinical judgment stays with your clinicians. AI outputs are descriptive with provenance, never prescriptive.

Not your EHR.

Zaynix sits alongside whatever you use to run the practice — Practice Better, Heliosphere, Power Diary, Cliniko, Charm Health, or anything else. We integrate; we do not replace.

Not a peptide marketplace.

We do not sell, supply, recommend, or facilitate access to interventions of any kind.

Not a consumer wellness app.

A patient portal exists as part of your clinic's deployment. There is no direct-to-consumer signup and no patient-facing marketing channel.

How it fits alongside what you already use

You keep your practice management software, your booking system, and your charting tools. Zaynix is the longitudinal patient-data layer those tools don't try to be.

Where Zaynix sits: between the lab vendors and patient uploads on one side, and your existing clinical workflow on the other. We hold the longitudinal record; your other tools handle the appointments, billing, and day-to-day chart notes.

Patient ownership, clinic governance

Your patient's record follows them between clinics. They can disconnect from a clinic and take their longitudinal record with them. Your clinic retains its own clinical record per its statutory obligations — Zaynix does not erase what you've recorded.

The legal relationship between you, the patient, and Zaynix is a joint-controller arrangement, documented in a Data Processing Agreement. Not a marketing slogan — a real, signed contract that defines who is responsible for what.

Pilot pricing

We are working with a small number of pilot clinics in 2026. Pricing during pilot is calibrated per practice based on patient volume and clinical complexity.

As a guide, pilot pricing for a clinic of 1–5 clinicians and up to 200 active patients is in the range of £400 to £700 per month, all inclusive — implementation, onboarding, and patient migration included.

After pilot, pricing transitions to a per-clinic platform fee plus a per-active-patient fee, designed to remain transparent and predictable.

What a pilot looks like

Pilot length tailored to your workflow. Six weeks if your intake volume is high enough to produce signal quickly, three to six months if you're tracking longer trajectories. You set the length; we commit to it.

Founder-led onboarding and patient migration. Your team does not do the heavy lifting. We move the data; you review.

Two success metrics. One quantitative — time saved per new patient, measured. One clinical-workflow improvement that you choose.

No long contracts during pilot. At the end of the pilot, you decide whether to continue.

What if Zaynix goes out of business?

A reasonable question to ask any software vendor in healthcare.

If Zaynix ever ceases to operate, your clinic retains a full copy of all clinical-record data, in formats you can re-import into another system. Patient-record export is available at any time during the pilot and afterwards — exporting is a feature, not a special request.

The codebase is small enough that, if requested as part of a paid pilot, source-code escrow is a viable arrangement.

Security, privacy, and compliance

Built UK-native against UK GDPR. We provide on request, before signing:

  • Our DPIA template tailored to your clinic's processing
  • A draft Data Processing Agreement
  • Our security posture, including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and current penetration-test status
  • A founder call with whoever in your practice owns these decisions

We do not claim certifications we don't yet hold. Cyber Essentials is in progress; ISO 27001 is on the roadmap for the first post-pilot revenue year.

About

Zaynix Health is a trading name of Zaynix Limited, a UK private company building UK-native software for UK preventive and longevity clinics.
