What we collect in the Zaynix Health application
The Zaynix Health application
(app.zaynix.health)
processes health data on behalf of clinics. That processing is covered by separate
clinic-specific Data Processing Agreements between Zaynix Limited and each clinic. If
you are a patient, your data is held under the joint-controller arrangement between
Zaynix Limited and the clinic that invited you.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, write to founder@zaynix.health. We will respond within one calendar month.
Changes to this notice
Any material changes will be communicated to active customers in writing. The latest version is always at this URL.
